5. How to Request a Return

6. Return Shipping

For returns made because you have changed your mind, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, where permitted by law.

If the product is faulty, defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, See & Select will cover reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.

Customers should use an appropriate tracked delivery service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when the customer arranges the return.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will normally be issued to your original payment method.
